Ready to be a part of the BEST Viper Owner Invitational ever? This year's VOI 12 is taking place in exciting Charlotte, NC with two premier facilities hosting the event: The Concord Convention Center and Charlotte Motor Speedway.
The Concord Convention Center at the Embassy Suites Hotel
With more than 42,000 square feet of beautifully appointed event space, this resort easily accommodates small, intimate sized gatherings to large, full scale conventions. As a valued Viper supplier, your company will exhibit in the exhibit areas immediately adjacent to the main ballroom where our dinners will be hosted on Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. Tentative vendor hours of operation for this area are as follows:
Thursday, September 27th: 8:30 - 11:00 PM
Friday, September 28th: 2:00 - 5:00 PM
Saturday, September 29th: 2:00 - 5:00 PM; 9:00- 11:00 PM
Sunday, September 30th: 9:00 - 12:00
All displays include an 8' high back drape, 3' high side drapes, 6' skirted table, two plastic contour chairs, wastebasket, and ID sign. Again, these are all included with your exhibitor fee for the weekend.
We are well on our way to some 1000 attendees and counting. We anticipate that registrations will pick up even more in the next few weeks as more announcements are made. VOI 12 Sponsorship Packages
Standard Level: $500 - includes a 10'x10' space at Concord Convention Center for duration of the event
Bronze Level: $1000 - includes a 10'x20' space at the Concord Convention Center
Silver Level: $2500 - includes 10'x20' space at the Concord Convention Center plus inserts in all of the attendee goody bags (inserts to be provided by exhibitor) - includes one VOI event registration (meals, etc.)
Gold Level: $5000 - includes all of the above plus listing on all event literature, VOI website, and venue banners - includes two VOI event registrations
Platinum Level: $10,000 - includes all of the above plus listing as an official sponsor for actual events such as the scenic cruise, Friday dinner, etc. You will also be introduced at your sponsored event and given a limited time to speak to attendees - includes four VOI event registrations
One final note: As the Viper Club of America, we take proper licensing VERY seriously. If you wish to sell anything featuring the logos or brands of the VCA or any of our affiliated sponsors/manufacturers, you must be a documented licensee for those products. VOI 12 logos cannot be used without express written permission of the Viper Club of America. This includes all Viper brands and logos. Also, there are no sharing of booths or leaving booths unstaffed with simple signage in its place. We appreciate your cooperation in addressing these important issues and look forward to seeing you in Charlotte!
