  • VCA Venom Members: $775.00/person
  • VCA Members: $795.00/person

Event Cancellations

You may request cancellation of your VOI 12 registration (with no penalty) in writing, by mail or fax, at any time up through June 1, 2012. Cancellations processed between June 2, 2012, and August 1, 2012 will be subject to a $100 per person cancellation fee. Cancellations processed between August 2, 2012 and September 1, 2012 are subject to a 50% charge. Due to commitments for meals and personnel, there will be no refunds for cancellations after September 1st.

 

Credit Cards

You may pay using any major credit card by checking “credit card” on the bottom of this page. You will then be directed to our credit card processor page to complete your payment information. If you prefer, you can use the fax form above and provide your credit card information accordingly. PayPal is also accepted.

 

Checks

Sorry, checks are not accepted, foreign or domestic.

 

Guests

Guest pricing is the same amount per person, as the Viper owner. A couple who are Venom VCA members would pay $775.00 x 2 = $1,550.00 for the event. This is due to insurance policies and general event costs (meals, transportation, etc.).

NOTE: Due to production schedules for the 2013 Vipers, it is unlikely that any will be provided for the track, drag strip, or autocross. While there will be new Vipers there to check out, their availability to drive may be limited. SRT will be providing other SRT vehicles to drive at the track events, but if you want guaranteed seat time in a Viper then we strongly encourage you to bring your own.
