VOI 12 features not one, not two, but several great hotel options all within a mile of the Charlotte Motor Speedway. The Embassy Suites is the main host hotel where all of the banquets, registration, and vendor areas will be located. Located immediately next door are the Marriott Residence Inn and Courtyard by Marriott, with the Marriott Springhill Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, and Wingate by Wyndam just down the road. The Embassy Suites also offers Spa Botanica, indoor pool, and access to the beautiful and challenging Dan Maples designed golf course set among pristine, environmentally protected wetlands.
NOTE: There are a limited number of rooms available in each of the properties and they are blocked for registered attendees only. The earlier you register, the bigger your number of hotel choices will be. The Embassy Suites has already sold out for Wednesday and Thursday, as has the Marriott Courtyard for the duration. We highly recommend the Springhill Suites by Marriott as well as the other host hotels listed. So register soon to get the best rooms. You may also have the option to move to the Embassy Suites on Friday for the remainder of the weekend as more VOI rooms are made available. Please check the drop down menu when you register so you can see what hotel options are available.
A FREE shuttle service is being provided between the Hilton Garden Inn, Springhill Suites, & Wingate by Wyndham going to the Embassy Suites.
