Noon - 5:00 p.m. – Memorabilia Display and Shopping (Concord Convention Center) – Shop until you drop at all the great vendor displays!
1:00 p.m. - 1:45 p.m. – Petty Q&A Session – “What to expect at the track – Charlotte Motor Speedway” – Embassy Suites (Carolinas Room)
4:00 p.m. - 5:45 p.m. – Petty Q&A Session – “What to expect at the track – Charlotte Motor Speedway” – Embassy Suites (Piedmont Room)

8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. – Vendor Trackside Services and Exhibits
9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. – Driving Activities. The Driving Activities include:
Group A1: (Road Course 9:00-10:30) /(SRT Vehicles 10:30-12:00) /(Dragway 1:00-2:30) /(Autocross 2:30-4:00)
Group A2: (SRT Vehicles 9:00-10:30) /(Road Course 10:30-12:00) /(Autocross 1:00-2:30) /(Dragway 2:30-4:00)
Group A3: (Dragway 9:00-10:30 ) /(Autocross 10:30-12:00)/(Road Course 1:00-2:30) /(SRT Vehicles 2:30-4:00)

9:45 p.m. – Board Shuttles for return to hotel.
10:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. – Memorabilia Display (Concord Convention Center) – Shop until you drop at all the great vendor displays!

9:00 a.m. – Depart for Scenic Cruise (Buses provided for those not driving). Stops include memorabilia checkpoints and lunch. Optional extended route for those driving.
3:00 p.m. Approximate return time to hotel.
3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. SRT Tech Session and Discussion Concord Convention Center (Room TBD)
6:30 p.m. – Cash Bar opens – Concord Convention Center Concord Ballroom
7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. “SRT Night” dinner in the Concord Ballroom. Includes executive presentations and much more.
9:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. Memorabilia Display (Concord Convention Center) – Shop until you drop at all the great vendor displays!

 

Sunday, September 30, 2012 – FOR BOTH GROUPS A AND B

6:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. – Buffet Breakfast at host hotels
7:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. – Memorabilia Display (Concord Convention Center)
9:00 a.m. – Vipers begin departing hotel for Charlotte Motor Speedway
9:00 a.m. – Shuttle service departs for Charlotte Motor Speedway. This shuttle service is provided for those attending that did not bring a Viper.
10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. – Open Track time – Go Karts – Auto Cross – SRT Drive – Dragway
12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. – Lunch and various concessions at Charlotte Motor Speedway
1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. – Open Track time – Go Karts – Auto Cross – SRT Drive – Dragway
3:00 p.m. Shuttle service departs for hotel
6:30 p.m. Optional Cash Dinner and Charity Auction at the Concord Convention Center hosted by the VCA and various event sponsors. Cost is $65.00 for dinner. Prepayment is required. Come on out, unwind, and share your best memories of VOI-12 with your Viper family and pick up some amazing Viper and SRT collectibles along the way!
